An apparatus for fabricating a light emitting display device is provided to improve process efficiency by reducing a process of welding a mask to a mask frame and minimizing a color blending error on a light emitting display panel. An apparatus for fabricating a light emitting display device includes a container, a substrate, a mask(20), a plurality of clamps(10), a plurality of cables(70), a support frame(30), and a plurality of motors(40). The container contains a deposition material. The mask is disposed between the container and the substrate, and selectively passes the deposition material so that the deposition material is deposited on the substrate. The clamps are connected to an edge of the mask. The cables are connected to the clamps. The support frame supports the cables. The motors prevent the mask from dropping by pulling the cables supported on the support frame. |
