PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a turner in which on using a turner with a bent blade, meat can be smoothly moved to a neck part of the blade when a user intends to put a large size of meat that cannot be laid on a scooping part of the blade onto the neck part of the blade. SOLUTION: In the turner 1, a blade 3 is bent at a first bent portion 4 extended in a direction crossing the longitudinal direction of the turner. A part of the blade to the distal end side than the first bent portion 4 is used as the scooping portion 5, a part near a handle 2 from the first bent portion 4 as a neck part 6, and a face of the blade 3 to scoop up foods is used as the surface of the blade 3. A connection face 7 is provided which shortens and connects a part of the surface of the scooping portion 5 and a part of the surface of the neck part 6 neighboring the scooping portion 5 through an inside from the first bent portion 4 or the front surface side of the blade 3, at a part where the blade bends.
