[Class 99 (i)] In a swivelling joint for connecting vacuum cleaner'tubes and the like, the tubular part 2 of the cleaner tool, made of moulded rubber with inner and outer metal sleeves 7, 10 secured by a rivet 15, has the outer sleeve 10 provided with an inwardly projecting flange 11 which engages a shoulder, such as a ring 12, on the cleaner tube 3. The end 9 of the tube 3 fits closely within an enlarged part 8 of the inner sleeve 7. A spring washer 14 prevents rattling. |
