PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of functional fabric is provided to reinforce tensile strength by repeating a heat treatment process. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of functional fabric comprises the steps of: forming doubled yarn under a condition having moisture; manufacturing doubled yarn by drying the doubled yarn of the previous step; weave fabric by using cotton or silk mixed yarn for a side, and by using polyester, rayon, or cotton for the other side; processing with 1-2 g of hydrochloric acid soda (80%) and 1 g/L of surfactant under pH 3.5-3.9 for one hour at a melting boiling point; neutralizing in a boiling bath comprising 1-2 g/L of soda ash and 1g/L of surfactant for 10-20 minutes; dyeing the fabric; wetting the fabric in water; shrinking the fabric by drying through a rapid heating with direct fire; stretching the shrunk fabric; thermal processing the fabric. |
