PURPOSE: Only an uncovered strand of a free length section in a load distribution type permanent anchor can be easily changed so that the load distribution type permanent anchor is easily maintained in a long term. CONSTITUTION: A load distribution type permanent anchor in which a tensile member can be replaced includes a free length anchor member (2), an internal fixed body (4), a block spacer (6), a bond length anchor member (8), and a corrugated pipe (10). An uncovered strand (2c) is inserted into a polyethylene (PE) hose (2a) filled with grease (2b) so that the free length anchor member is formed. The internal fixed body assembles the free length anchor member and includes a wedge assembly. The block spacer is inserted into the outer circumference of the internal fixed body and has a plurality of grooves on the circumference in order to support the free length anchor member by inserting the same into the grooves. The bond length anchor member comprises the uncovered strand which the PE hose is removed from and a grip sleeve and is assembled at the end of the internal fixed body to be able to be separated. The bond length anchor member is directly attached to grout and applies a frictional tensile force to between the ground and grout. The corrugated pipe connects the free length anchor member and the bond length member by the internal fixed body and protects the same by covering a structure arranged in a stair shape.
