The device has locking contours formed at a collar (4) forming a pressure surface. A latch engagement part and a latch projection are aligned and arranged such that half shells (3) are rotated together transverse to sectional axes of the half shells and transverse to central longitudinal axes. The half shells exhibit an identical form. The half shells are latched by engaging the latch projection into the latch engagement part, when the half shells are brought into a rotated position in which the central longitudinal axes are coaxially aligned.
