PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a binder reduces toxicity by replacing chemical components in conventional paint by non-toxic materials and provides a binder for paint with improved adhesion. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a binder comprises a step of manufacturing a thickening solution (S101); and a step of mixing the thickening solution, zeolite, titanium dioxide, and water (S102). The thickening solution is formed by mixing one of carboxylic methyl cellulose and hydroxy propyl methyl cellulose and water. The manufacturing method additionally mixes at least one selected from a preservative, a foaming agent, a surfactant, or a vegetable oil and/or at least one selected from sodium casein, arabic gum, or glue.
