PURPOSE: A low temperature storehouse for a phase change material (P.C.M) thermal storage type is provided to maintain an optimal temperature by exhausting an air cooled by heat-exchanging the air inside a load stock part by passing through an evaporator by using a blower by operating a refrigerator installed inside the low temperature storehouse. CONSTITUTION: A low temperature storehouse (1) for a phase change material (P.C.M) thermal storage type comprises the following steps: a low temperature thermal energy is stored by freezing a refrigerant gas stored inside a thermal storage tank (5) through a heat exchange with a low temperature latent heat P.C.M in which a freeze starts at a designated temperature; a moisture is removed by being cooled through a first heat exchange while passing through an inside of a heat exchange coil; the refrigerant gas is contacted with a cooled brine and a low temperature thermal energy which is cooled naturally in three sides (a left side, a right side, and a top side) of a lower part of the thermal storage tank which is not insulation-treated, and which contacts with adhering to the heat exchange coil of a brine circulation of a lower part of the thermal storage tank; and the refrigerant gas is ejected to a load stock part inside a low temperature storehouse through an air outlet by multi-cooling through a secondary and a tertiary heat exchange with a low temperature thermal energy conducted to an electro-thermal pin. |
