PSEUDOMONAS MANDELII JR-1 STRAIN AND ITS GENOME SEQUENCE

PURPOSE: A novel Pseudomonas mandelii JR-1 strain with cold resistance, which produces lipolytic enzyme LipT is provided to enable phylogenetic classification of microorganisms through detection and isolation of extremophile and to decode genomic sequence of the strain. CONSTITUTION: A Pseudomonas mandelii JR-1 strain (KCTC 12151BP) decomposes lipids. A genomic sequence of the strain of sequence numbers 1-96 decomposes lipids. A microorganism detergent contains a culture liquid of the strain as an active ingredient. The strain has a genomic sequence of lipolytic enzyme LipT (lipase) of sequence number 97. LipT (lipase) is derived from the strain.
