PURPOSE: A chauffeur service system and a method thereof are provided to enable a reasonable chauffeur service through an information sharing process between a chauffeur requester and a chauffeur. CONSTITUTION: A chauffeur service requester terminal downloads and stores a chauffeur service application, provides customer information, vehicle information, and route information after the execution of the application, and transmits chauffeur selection information selected by a first user from chauffeur candidate information. A plurality of chauffeur service provider terminals receive and display the vehicle information, the route information, and service fees on a screen and transmit chauffeur service request information when a chauffeur service is requested by a second user. A chauffeur service relay server transmits the vehicle information, the route information, and the service fees to the chauffeur service provider terminals and generates chauffeur candidate information based on the chauffeur service request information in order to transmit the information to the chauffeur service requester terminal.
