E. COLI STRAIN FOR PROVIDING TWO ANTI-TUMOR SUBSTANCES

PURPOSE: An E. coli strain is provided to show synergistic effect of two kinds of active ingredients and to be used as an anticancer agent with low toxicity and superior immunogenicity. CONSTITUTION: An E. coli strain produces lipooligosaccharides with a molecular weight of 2,000-5,000 Da. The lipooligosaccharides contain a sugar chain of chemical formula 1. A chromosomal DNA of the E. coli strain generates oligodeoxynucleotide with immunostimulatory activity. The lipooligosaccharides contain lipids of 3-hydroxytetradecanoate trimethylsilyl ester. The E. coli strain is E. coli EG0023 (KCCM11218P).
