摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly reliable measurement result by appropriately adjusting a gain in a measurement by an immersion method. <P>SOLUTION: This ophthalmic ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus for measuring the length of intraocular tissue such as the length of an eyeball based on a reflection echo received by an ultrasonic probe, is provided with: a measurement mode selection means for selecting a contact mode for measuring it by bringing the distal end of the ultrasonic probe into contact with the cornea, or the immersion mode measuring it by interposing ultrasonic medium between the distal end of the ultrasonic probe and the cornea of the subject's eye; and a gain adjustment means automatically adjusting a gain of the reflection echo according to the separation state of a cornea front face reflection echo and a cornea rear face reflection echo out of the reflection echoes acquired in the immersion mode. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
