A panel 100 of the present invention includes a substrate 10, an electrode 20 provided on the substrate 20, and a transparent conductive layer 30 provided on the substrate 10 along a side of the electrode 20. The electrode 20 includes a contact region 20a in contact with the transparent conductive layer 30 and a non-contact region 20b out of contact with the transparent conductive layer 30. Preferably, a part of the electrode 20 is exposed through the transparent conductive layer 30. Preferably, the conductive layer 30 is separated into one side and the other side of the electrode 20 extending a predetermined direction. |
