Method of transmitting information between two units each capable of transmitting and receiving signals

Wireless transmission method in which data is alternately transmitted by each of two units in the form of several data frames. Each data frame comprises a synchronization field of a fixed number of bytes, a data packet and a number of filling or buffer bytes. When the receiving unit receives the frame, it is obliged to count the synchronization bytes. Dependent on the number of synchronization bytes, an indication of the synchronization is transmitted by the receiving unit in the header of its next data packet. The indication is used to correct the synchronization field size.
