PURPOSE: A system and method for centralized building automation system using a local control device connected to another local control device in a way of point-to-point wire line method can resolve compatibility problems between local control devices by using a local control device connected to another local control device through a plurality of connection ports in a device in order in a way of point-to-point wire line method. CONSTITUTION: A server (100) integrates and manages control information and status information of a plurality of facilities in a building. A client computer (110) provides a facility operation manager with monitor and control environment of the facility. Each of a first through N-th local control devices (130,140) is interlocked with the server and the client computer. Each of the first through N-th local control devices is connected each control point by group collecting information of the plurality of facility in the building.
