PURPOSE: An ultra high speed frequency synthesizer for a millimeter wave searcher is provided to reduce the size and to increase the frequency of a Ka band. CONSTITUTION: An ultra high speed frequency synthesizer for a millimeter wave searcher (100) comprises a reference signal generator (110), a local oscillator (LO) 2 signal generator (120), a direct digital synthesizer (DDS) (130), a frequency multiplying unit (140), a phase locked oscillator (150), an LO1 signal generator (160), a waveform generator (170), and a frequency rising unit (180). The reference signal generator generates a reference signal. The LO2 signal generator generates an LO2 signal in which spurious is removed from a reference signal through loop feedback. The DDS generates a bandwidth signal by using the LO2 signal as a clock signal. The frequency multiplying unit multiplies the generated bandwidth signal in each frequency. The LO signal generator generates a plurality of LO signals including different frequencies. The LO1 signal generator generates the LO1 signal of the frequency band by combining the generated LO signal and the bandwidth signal. The waveform generator generates an LFM signal, a PT signal, or a FMICW signal.
