PURPOSE: Instant cooking rice and a cooking method of the same using a microwave oven are provided to use a grain packaging container instead of cooking tools. CONSTITUTION: Predetermined amount of grains are stored inside instant cooking rice. A grain packaging container with a spout on one side is produced on the upper side of the instant cooking rice. A cap on the spout is opened for pouring in water, and the cap is closed. The instant cooking rice is inserted into a microwave oven, and the rice is cooked for 5 minutes. A cut-out line on the upper side of the instant cooking rice is cut to eat the cooked rice.
