PURPOSE: A liquid silicone vacuum forming apparatus is provided to guide a nozzle moved by a cylinder using a guide rod, thereby accurately and safely using the same even in a narrow work space. CONSTITUTION: A liquid silicone vacuum forming apparatus includes a liquid silicone injection molding machine (150) horizontally coupled to a vacuum chamber thereof. The liquid silicone injection molding machine comprises an installation fixing part (40), a first moving plate (50), a first cylinder (60), a second moving plate (70), a second cylinder (80), a fixing guide part (90), and a vacuum sealing part (100). The installation fixing part has a bracket and an installation plate which is coupled and fixed to the other side of the bracket. The first moving plate is horizontally separated from the installation plate. The first cylinder is fixed to the first moving plate. An injection molding nozzle at the second moving plate penetrates the installation plate and the first moving plate. The second cylinder is fixed to the first moving plate. The fixing guide part comprises a fixing plate and a guide rod. The vacuum sealing part comprises a vacuum plate and a vacuum shaft. The vacuum plate between the bracket and the installation plate is fit to the outer diameter of the injection molding nozzle. |
