PURPOSE: A sensor position adjusting device for roll forming systems is provided to automatically adjust the position of a sensor according to the kind of vehicles. CONSTITUTION: A sensor position adjusting device for roll forming systems includes a first movable member(10), a second movable member(20), a third movable member(30), a first drive unit(40), a second drive unit(50), and a third drive unit(60). The first movable member is installed to move back and forth in an X-direction along a molding process line. The second movable member is installed to move back and forth in Z-axis direction through a pair of perpendicular guide bars. The sensor is installed to be fixed in the third movable member. The first drive unit moves the first movable member back and forth in the X-axis direction. The second drive unit moves the second movable member back and forth in the Z-axis direction. The third drive unit moves the third movable member back and forth in the Y-axis direction. |
