<p>PURPOSE: A quick connector coupling assembly is provided to surely detect the normal connection between an end forming unit and a body by maintaining a locking element in a collar not to be lost when the end forming unit is inserted into the body. CONSTITUTION: A quick connector coupling assembly comprises a body (2), a collar (7), a pipe (9), a retainer (15), and a locking element (24). The body has a hole (4) started from an opening unit. The collar is fixed to the body. The collar includes an entry opening unit. The pipe comprises a free end unit and an end forming unit (10) having a radial direction up-set (12). The end forming unit is inserted into the hole through the entry opening unit and the opening unit. The retainer is arranged in the hole. The locking element is mounted to be slid in the collar.</p> |
