PURPOSE: A frying device is provided to fry foods with the lowered heating temperature of a heater part by vibrating oil inside an oil container using an ultrasonic vibration part. CONSTITUTION: A frying device comprises a case, an oil container (2), an ultrasonic vibration part (3), a heater part (4), a sediment collection container, a filtering circulation part, and a control part. The case is hollow. The upper plate of the case is formed with a circular hole. The oil container penetrates the circular hole. The upper circumference of the oil container is formed with a circumference fixing protrusion (211) which is fixed to the circumference of the circular hole. The ultrasonic vibration part is formed on the front and the rear sides of the internal bottom of the oil container. The heater part is formed on both sides of the internal bottom of the oil container to emit heat. The sediment collection container is fixed on the bottom of a discharge hole (23) and is connected to the oil container. The filtering circulation part is arranged between the sediment collection container and the oil container. The control part controls the ultrasonic vibration part, the heater part, and the filtering circulation part. |
