CONSTITUTION: An engine (6) supplies driving torque to a disconnect clutch (9). A connector is disposed between an input shaft (12) of a transmission and the engine. An electric motor (8) includes a stator and a rotor. The stator is fixed to a fixing member or a transmission housing (50). The rotor is formed inside the stator in the radial direction.
