PURPOSE: A high intensity focused ultrasound wave generating apparatus with an image sensor unit is provided to display a medial operation in real time by using a cartridge which is detachably attached on a hand piece. CONSTITUTION: A high intensity focused ultrasound wave generating apparatus with an image sensor unit includes a transducer(52) and an imaging probe(42). The transducer is installed in a cartridge(50) and irradiates ultrasound waves. The imaging probe is positioned at the center of the cartridge and obtains ultrasound wave-based images from the inside of skin tissues. The imaging probe is immobilized.
