PURPOSE: A transfer apparatus having a net is provided to prevent foreign matters from adhering to a target moving through a roller. CONSTITUTION: A transfer apparatus includes a roller unit (20) and a net (30). The roller unit supports the lower side of a target, and has a roller (22) moving the target. The net is placed between the roller and the target. The net forms a potential difference with foreign matters floating in air, and collects the foreign matters. The net includes a mesh hole and a roller hole (32). Air passes through the mesh hole, and the roller penetrates the roller hole.
