PURPOSE: An environmentally-friendly water-soluble penetration type waterproof agent for bridge and a bridge deck water proofing method using the same are provided to reduce air by rapid curing in waterproof construction, to increase resistivity for freezing, thawing and deicing salts penetration and to maximize resistivity for salt and water. CONSTITUTION: A water-soluble penetration type bridge deck water proofing agent comprises 40-60wt% of octyl triethoxysilane, 0.5-5wt% of ethyl alcohol, 3-10wt% of ethoxylated lauryl alcohol, 3-10wt% of amino group - containing siloxane, 0.5-5wt% of surfactant, 0.005-0.2wt% of hexadecyl trimethyl ammonium chloride, and 30-52wt% of water. Moreover, the bridge deck water proof method comprises the following steps: removing foreign materials or contaminants existing on the waterproof construction side and cleaning and drying the waterproof construction side; and forming a waterproof film by coating the water-soluble penetration type bridge deck waterproof agent on top of the construction side. |
