PURPOSE: A core unit for undercut solution of elbow injection is provided to improve workability, productivity, and economical efficiency by mass producing elbow through injection-molding. CONSTITUTION: A core unit for undercut solution of elbow injection-molding is inserted to both sides of an elbow (1). A fixture (11) is formed in the lower part of the core unit, and fixed integrally on a first slider (50). A driving core (10) is formed inside of the core unit which is formed with a pair of taper grooves from the top end to the bottom outward. A taper protrusion is formed on the inner surface of the driving core, and selectively inserted into the taper groove. A pair of moving cores is formed with a moving guide groove. A moving guide protrusion is formed inside which is insert-combined to the moving guide groove. A side of the fixture comprises: a rotating core (30) combined to a second slider (60) to be rotated; and an elastic member (40) interposed between the second slider and fixture. |
