PURPOSE: A remote control and monitoring system of a fire proof door of an apartment is provided to perform the opening and closing of the fire proof door of the apartment remotely by the operation of a user. CONSTITUTION: A wireless opening and closing unit (210) opens and closes a fire proof door of an apartment according to a received wireless control signal. A main unit (110) controls the wireless opening and closing unit wirelessly in order to open and close the corresponding fire proof door according to an opening and closing signal of the fire proof door inputted through an operation part. The main unit includes the operation part, a main control part and a display part. The main control part transmits the wireless control signal through a first wireless transceiver part in correspondence to the operation signal of the operation part. The display part displays the opening and closing state of the fire proof doors.
