PURPOSE: A Bacillus subtilis CJMPB150 (KCCM11268P) strain is provided to effectively decompose indigestible carbohydrate and to have high endosporulation rate under a high temperature condition with superior thermal resistance, acid resistance, and bile resistance, thereby enhancing survival rate of the strain in digestive organs of livestock. CONSTITUTION: A novel Bacillus subtilis CJMPB150 (KCCM11268P) strain produces complex digestive enzymes and has acid resistance and bile resistance. A culture of the strain is provided. A probiotic formulation contains the strain or the culture thereof. A feed additive contains the probiotic formulation. A feed contains the feed additives.
