FLEXIBLE DISPLAY DEVICE AND METHOD FOR FABRICATING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A flexible display device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent defective connection by securing a margin for the electrical connection of a data pad and a data line. CONSTITUTION: A flexible display device includes a display area (a1), a non-display area (a2), connection wires (181), lower link electrodes (170), and upper link electrodes (180). Gate lines (GL) and data lines (DL) intersect in the display area. A thin film transistor (TFT) is formed in the cross area of the gate line and the data line. A gate pad (GP) or a data pad (DP) is formed in the non-display area. The gate pad or the data pad supplies a driving signal to the gate line or the data line. The connection wire extends from the data pad. The lower link electrode is formed at the end of the data line which is drawn to the non-display area. The upper link electrode is formed at the end of the connection wire. The lower link electrode and the upper link electrode are connected to each other.
