PURPOSE: A pharmaceutical composition containing a tacrolimus saccharification derivative for immunosuppression is provided to ensure stable storage for 12 weeks or more. CONSTITUTION: A pharmaceutical composition for immunosuppression contains a tacrolimus saccharification derivative of chemical formula 1 and a pharmaceutically acceptable salt or a solvate thereof. The composition is used for treating ophthalmic diseases including Stevens-Johnson syndrome, Sjogen`s syndrome, xerophthalmia, trauma, infectious uveitis, non-infectious uveitis, and immune rejection after keratoplasty. |
