PURPOSE: An assembly device of a positive crank case ventilation (PCV) valve is provided to easily couple components containing synthetic resin materials using ultrasonic waves. CONSTITUTION: An assembly device of a PCV valve comprises a driving panel (10), a cover supply part (20), a valve body supply part (30), an elastic member supply part (50), a body supply part (70), a welding part (80), and an O-ring insertion part (90). The driving panel has jig units (12) and is rotated by a driving part (14). The cover supply part supplies covers to the jig units. The valve body supply part supplies valve bodies into the covers placed on the jig units. The elastic member supply part fits elastic members to the valve bodies inserted in the covers. The body supply part temporarily assembles the valve bodies to the covers placed on the jig units. The first welding part welds the covers and the bodies. The O-ring insertion part inserts O-rings to the covers completely welded to the bodies. |
