PURPOSE: A luminous flux control member and a display device including the same are provided to facilitate the output of light by including a first refracting surface. CONSTITUTION: An incident surface (210) enables incident of light. Refracting surfaces (110,120,130) output light. A rear surface (220) is extended to the refracting surface from the incident surface. A central axis is extended to the center of the refracting surface from the center of the incident surface. The further the first refracting surface recedes from the rear surface, the further the distance from the central axis grows.
