PURPOSE: An underfeed combustion apparatus for a wood pellet boiler is provided to improve heating efficiency because fluid is heated and circulated by combustion heat as fuel is combusted in the lower part. CONSTITUTION: An underfeed combustion apparatus for a wood pellet boiler(100) comprises a combustion chamber(110), a fuel inserting member(120), an outer case(130), a blowing member(140), and a fluid circulating unit(170). The combustion chamber is surrounded with an outer wall and a floor at the center of the combustion chamber is recessed. The fuel inserting member inserts fuel to the lower part of the combustion chamber. The outer case surrounds the combustion chamber in the outside. The blowing member is connected to the outer side of the combustion chamber and the inner side of the outer case, and blows the air into a space between the combustion chamber and the outer case. Fluid heated by combusting the fuel in the combustion chamber flows upward and downward through the fluid circulating unit to be circulated. |
