PURPOSE: A supramolecular complex compound is provided to enhance fluorescence according to the content of pyrophosphate anions, thereby detecting very low concentrations of pyrophosphate anions with high sensitivity. CONSTITUTION: A supramolecular complex compound for detecting pyrophosphate anions is denoted by chemical formula 1. A chromenolate complex for detecting pyrophosphate anions is denoted by chemical formula 4. A detection and quantitative analysis method of pyrophosphate anions comprises the steps of: injecting the chromenolate complex of chemical formula 4 to a pyrophosphate anions-containing or pyrophosphate anions-free solution; and measuring the intensity of fluorescence within a wavelength of 450-550 nm. |
