PURPOSE: A thermal stimulation device with fillers is provided to prevent the formation of a water drop due to a Peltier element. CONSTITUTION: A thermal stimulation device with fillers includes a shell (10), a tube (20), a conductive body (30), a heating and cooling stimulation body (40), a radiator (50), and fillers (60). Both sides of the shell are formed with a joint surface and have an accommodation unit. The tube has a ventilation hole and is accommodated in the accommodation unit. The heating and cooling stimulation body is cooled or heated according to the supply of an electric current. The conductive body delivers hot or cold air generated from the heating and cooling stimulation body to the outside of the accommodation unit. The radiator discharges hot air generated from the heating and cooling stimulation body to the outside through the ventilation hole. The fillers are made of a far infrared ray radiation material and are filled into the tube.
