PURPOSE: A metal paste has excellent electric conductivity while minimizing shadowing loss that light-receiving area is reduced and manufactures the front electrode of a solar battery with a high aspect ratio by a screen printing method. CONSTITUTION: A metal paste for a solar cell includes a conductive metal particle, a glass frit, a metal nanowire, and an organic vehicle. The metal nanowire has an average diameter of 0.01-1 um and has a length of 1-100 um. The conductive metal particle is one or more selected from silver, gold, platinum, copper, aluminum, nickel, iron, cobalt, palladium, tin, and alloy thereof. The glass frit includes a lead oxide, a bismuth oxide, and a mixture thereof. |
