PURPOSE: An infrared ray blocking coating agent is provided to have excellent haze and storage performance by preventing the coherence and the precipitation of infrared ray blocking oxide, to form a uniform film, and to have excellent infrared ray blocking effect. CONSTITUTION: An infrared ray blocking coating agent includes a coating agent base and an inorganic material dispersion. The coating agent base consists of 30-40 wt% of an acryl urethane rate, 5-10 wt% of an isophorone diisocyanate, 20-25 wt% of a triacrylate, 20-30 wt% of an ethylacetate, 5-10 wt% of a methylisobutylketone, 0.001-0.2 wt% of a methoxyhydropenone, and 0.01-0.1 wt% of a dibutyltin laurate. The inorganic dispersion consists of 20-30 wt% of an oxide, 10-20 wt% of a propylene glycol, and 60-70 wt% of an organic solvent.
