PURPOSE: An optical sheet and a back light assembly of a liquid crystal display device with the optical sheet are provided to improve a viewing angle and brightness by functioning as a prism sheet. CONSTITUTION: A protrusion part (220) with a thickness protrudes from a body part. A scattering part (223) is formed in a part of the protrusion part. The surface of the scattering part is rough. The scattering part is formed on the upper surface of the protrusion part. The scattering part scatters incident light.
