PURPOSE: A portable private health storage device is provided to transmit and receive medical data in not only a special clinic institution but also a home. CONSTITUTION: An information input unit captures an electronic medical record (EMR) screen image in a medical team personal computer (PC) and inputs a private health history in a user PC. A character recognition processing unit receives the captured EMR screen image and the inputted private health history and recognizes a character in reference to disease and drug databases and outputs it. An information processing unit receives and converts character recognized data and picture archiving and communication system (PACS) image information of the information input unit and records a tailor-made type health note book. The information processing unit transmits data which is converted to external clinical decision support system (CDSS) and the PACS image information. An information storing unit stores the converted data and the PACS image information.
