PURPOSE: An image-based walk route POI display system can manage various POI information displayed on a user terminal not to be overlapped or repeated. CONSTITUTION: An area information generator (140) generates area information of display POI in which 3D display POI is projected in 2D. The area information generator uses characteristic information and status information of the display POI and generates the area information of the display POI projected onto a display area of a terminal. An information processor (150) generates location information in which text information of the display POI is outputted with a coordinate within the generated area information of the display POI. The information processor transmits the text information of the display POI along with the generated location information to the terminal.
