PURPOSE: A single phase driving motor is provided to prevent a circuit from being burned by preventing switches of upper and lower arms of an H-bridge from being simultaneously conducted. CONSTITUTION: A first driving circuit (20) and a second driving circuit (30) are connected to the ground. A first bootstrap circuit (40) conducts electricity in the first driving circuit. A third driving circuit (60) is connected to a firs power source and a second side of a single phase motor. A fourth driving circuit (70) is connected to the third driving circuit and the ground. A second bootstrap circuit (80) conducts the electricity in the third driving circuit.
