PURPOSE: A device for assembling an armature and spindles and an assembling method thereof are provided to easily perform the assembly by correcting errors when the armature and spindles are combined with a height sensing gauge. CONSTITUTION: A device for assembling an armature (100) and spindles (200) comprises a case (10), a servo motor (20), a lower block (30), an upper block (40), a servo press (50), and a height sensing gauge (60). A case is equipped with a product mounting unit (11) formed on the upper surface. The servo motor is mounted on the lateral surface of the case. The lower block is connected to the servo motor by a slide bar (31) passing through the case. A support bar (41) is mounted on the upper surface of the upper block which is mounted on the upper end of the lower block. A height sensing pin (42) is protruding from the lateral surface of the support bar. The servo press is positioned on the upper surface of the case and fixes the combined armature and spindles. The height sensing gauge is positioned on the upper surface of the case and measures a height compensating value of the upper block. |
