PURPOSE: A heater and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to increase durability by using a space formed with a rubber thermal insulator as an air layer. CONSTITUTION: A heating wire sheet heats a plane heating a pipe. A rubber thermal insulator(120) forms specific height of wall. An outer cover has at least a width of the heating wire sheet. The outer cover is adhered to the upper surface of the wall formed by the rubber thermal insulator. The heating wire sheet heats or thermal insulates owing to the internal space. |
