PURPOSE: Makkoli containing Lespedeza cuneata G.Don and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to help intake of pharmacological ingredients contained in Lespedeza cuneata G.Don, to enhance health, and to improve farm income by promoting consumption of rice and Lespedeza cuneata G.Don. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing makkoli containing Lespedeza cuneata G.Don comprises the steps of: extracting 300 g of Lespedeza cuneata G.Don in water for 4 hours to prepare a Lespedeza cuneata G.Don extract; cooling the Lespedeza cuneata G.Don extract at room temperature and filtering the Lespedeza cuneata G.Don extract; mixing 100 g of water and 60 g of glutinous rice and steaming the glutinous rice for 25-30 minutes to prepare hard-boiled rice; and mixing 100 g of the Lespedeza cuneata G.Don extract and 50 g of the hard-boiled rice and fermenting the mixture at 20-30°C for 4-5 days. |
