PURPOSE: A stopper cylinder is provided to securely stop the transfer of a workpiece even in case of a power failure using a lever installed on the end of a piston unit. CONSTITUTION: A stopper cylinder (10) comprises bodies (12, 14, 16), a piston unit, a lever (92), a biasing unit, and a locking unit. A transferred workpiece touches rollers (98). The rollers support the lever to stop the workpiece at a specific position. The piston unit is installed inside of the bodies, and the position thereof can be changed along the axial direction of the bodies. The lever is installed on the end of the piston unit to be rotated. The biasing unit pushes the piston unit in an axial direction. The locking unit is installed on the bodies and restricts the position change of the piston unit. |
