PURPOSE: A cage farm is provided to stably culture fishes, sea cucumbers, and abalones in the drainage of a power plant. CONSTITUTION: A cage farm comprises a flow rate reduction device which is formed with punched holes in the front thereof and has a polygonal structure and a cage which connects to the flow rate reduction device and is formed with an internal space. The flow rate reduction device has a protruded vertex. The interior angle of the vertex is 100-110 degrees. A winglet is formed on the end of the bottom of the flow rate reduction device.
