PURPOSE: A light-transmission control film containing a photoelectric conversion element and a component containing the same are provided to easily control the transmittance of light passing through a film without a separate external power source. CONSTITUTION: A first photoelectric conversion element (100) and a second photoelectric conversion element (200) are arranged to face each other. A light-transmission control layer (300) is placed between the first and second photoelectric conversion elements. The light-transmission control layer includes a polymer layer (320) and liquid crystal molecules (340) dispersed in the polymer layer. At least one among a first conducting layer and a second conducting layer includes a non-conductive base film and a conductive material layer formed on the base film.
