PURPOSE: A photocurable resin composition and a prism sheet using the same are provided to manufacture a prism sheet with excellent elasticity and refractive index and to enhance workability by lowering viscosity. CONSTITUTION: A photocurable resin composition comprises a compound represented by chemical formula 1. Here, R1 and R4 are respectively substituted by C1-15 alkyldiyl or C1-l5 alkyl or carbonyl, or are non-substituted C5-12 cycloalkyldiy, cycloalkenyldiyl or aryldiyl group. R2 and R5 are C2-20 alkyldiyl group which respectively includes ester bond and 1-10 times repeated units of an open ring form of C2-5 alkylene oxide, C1-20 alkyldiyl or C6-20 aryldiyl. R3 and R6 respectively indicates hydrogen or C1-5 alkyl. a and b respectively indicates integers of 1-10.
