METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR USING A PLURALITY OF HETEROGENEOUS NETWORKS AS CHANGING A CONDITION TO USE A WIRELESS NETWORK

PURPOSE: A method for using a plurality of heterogeneous networks as changing usage condition of a wireless communication network and an apparatus thereof are provided to reduce the load according to data service usage applied to a mobile phone communication network according to the condition. CONSTITUTION: A main control part (10) receives mode related information including profile from an external server through a transceiver part. A plurality of modes each of which designates usage requirement for at least first communication network is written in the profile. The main control part selects one mode in the received profile according to a given mode selection method. If the usage requirement designated in the selected mode designates the usage restriction for the first communication network, the main control part decreases the speed of data reception so that the usage of the first communication network for data reception of a wireless communication terminal is done within the restricted usage range.
