PURPOSE: A gas inflow and outflow control module and a gas tank management system using the same are provided to enable users to identify the used amount of gas or a gas leak through a mobile terminal in real time. CONSTITUTION: A residual gas management system (100) comprises a gas inflow/outflow control module (300), the mobile terminal of a user (200), and a liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) service supply unit (400). The gas inflow/outflow control module is connected to a wire/wireless interface (500), detects the inflow/outflow amount of gas or a gas leak in real time, and provides the detected signal to the outside through a communication module provided in the inside. The mobile terminal of the user stores a gas inflow/outflow management program and is connected to the wire/wireless interface to output a processing signal for the detected signal provided from the gas inflow/outflow control module. The LPG service supply unit is connected to the gas inflow/outflow control module or the mobile terminal which is connected to the wire/wireless interface and controls the inflow amount of gas depending to the processing signal provided from the mobile terminal.
